We’re looking for a Trade Marketing Assistant who will support the execution of trade marketing programs across existing and new retail accounts. This role ensures smooth SKU enrollment, promo tracking, and logistics coordination while providing vit

Account & SKU Management
  • Assist with SKU enrollment of both existing and new product developments (NPDs)in retailer portals.
  • Track timelines and coordinate preparations for new account launches (Watsons, Alfamart, SM Supermarket, Mercury Drug, RDS Supermarket, 7-11).
  • Monitor and record rental charges for retail activations and account space.
Promo & Campaign Support
  • Handle promo enrollment and maintain promo tracking sheets for all accounts.
  • Help monitor execution of promotions, including collection of sell-out reports and photos from stores.
Marketing Admin
  • Process reimbursement requests for marketing expenses (GWPs, supplies, logistics).
  • Support sourcing and coordination with suppliers for marketing requirements.
Project & Data Management
  • Update and maintain master files (SKUs, promos, pricing, etc.).
  • Monitor project trackers to ensure deadlines are met for launches and campaigns.
  • Assist in packing and sending PR kits for media and KOL partners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 year of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or retail coordination
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data tracking.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Preferably with retail or FMCG background.
