About the job Marketing Specialist Virtual Assistant The Marketing Specialist VA will play a critical role in supporting the operations and marketing efforts of Darwin Apparel LLC. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and influencer engagement strategies. The VA will assist in managing workflows for tools such as Klaviyo, Shopify, and Social Media platforms while providing actionable insights to improve website traffic and customer engagement. Additionally, the VA will oversee influencer outreach campaigns to build brand awareness and enhance marketing effectiveness. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Content Creation: Create engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. Include writing captions, creating graphics, editing photos and videos, and designing visuals. Content Scheduling: Use social media management tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social to schedule posts in advance Ensuring a consistent and timely presence on social media. Community Engagement: Engaging with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering interactions, and building relationships with followers. Involves monitoring social media channels for any mentions of the brand or relevant topics. Analytics and Reporting: Tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates to assess the performance of social media campaigns. Generate reports and provide insights to help optimize strategies and achieve marketing goals. Collaborating with clients to develop social media marketing strategies tailored to their goals and target audience. Involve researching trends, analyzing competitors, and identifying opportunities for growth. Ad Campaign Management: Creating and managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Includes setting up ad targeting, monitoring performance, and optimizing campaigns for better results. Identifying and reaching out to relevant influencers or brand ambassadors to collaborate on sponsored content or partnerships, helping to expand the brand's reach and credibility. Content Curation: Finding and sharing relevant third-party content that aligns with the brand's values and interests, providing value to the audience and establishing the brand as a thought leader in its industry. Stay Updated with Trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure strategies remain effective and relevant. Customer Support: Providing basic customer support through social media channels, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and directing customers to appropriate resources or departments as needed. Job Type: Full-time Fully remote work HMO & Insurance PTO Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Graveyard Shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience Proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or a similar role. Proven experience working with Shopify and email marketing tools such as Klaviyo. Familiarity with managing social media platforms and engagement strategies. Skills/Technical Proficiency Willingness to do voice tasks Ability to navigate and use e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify). Experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms for email marketing campaigns, including setup and execution. Knowledge of basic SEO practices and website traffic analytics. Communication Strong written and verbal communication skills for influencer outreach and social media engagement. Ability to respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries on multiple platforms. Organizational and Time Management Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all tasks. Attributes Proactive: Takes initiative to research content ideas and identify influencers aligned with the brand. Demonstrates the ability to anticipate client needs and adapt accordingly. Detail-Oriented: Ensures all tasks, from campaign execution to customer engagement, are completed accurately and thoroughly. Flexible and Adaptable: Comfortable adjusting priorities based on evolving project requirements. Willing to learn and adapt to new tools and processes as needed.
