The Role As a Recruiter you will screen candidates, manage interview processes, ensure compliance, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to hit goals in a dynamic healthcare setting. Your work directly impacts patient care by delivering qualified talent promptly. What Your Days Might Look Like: Source qualified candidates for RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers. Conduct phone screens and manage interviews via HelloHire or similar tools. Use platforms such as CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach. Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines. Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards. Support document collection, license verification, and background checks. Track recruitment funnel metrics such as application rates, interviews, and time‑to‑hire. Recommend ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency. Occasionally assist in recruiting for administrative roles when needed. Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role: 1+ years of recruitment experience. Experience recruiting for both skilled and unskilled healthcare roles. Confident phone skills, proactive follow‑ups, and proven candidate closing ability. Self‑managed and able to juggle multiple roles simultaneously. Creative sourcing using social media, job boards, and AI tools. Experience with CareerPlug, HelloHire, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics. Highly organized, detail‑oriented compliance handling. Clear English communication, written and spoken. Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup.
