Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable as applicable to the specific posting.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual BIR/PEZA compliance where required.
  • Maintain ledgers, prepare financial statements, and assist with month-end close processes.
  • Process payments, vouchers, and ensure accuracy of invoices and cost allocations.
  • Support payroll processing and financial reporting; validate statements and accounts; assist with intercompany reconciliations when applicable.
  • Assist with tax computations and BIR-related matters; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules; manage accruals and interdepartmental communications as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc accounting tasks and assist in special projects or process improvements as requested.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months to 4+ years of relevant accounting experience depending on the posting.
  • A graduate of Accounting-related course; CPA preferred for some roles.
  • Ability to work onsite in the specified location or with consideration for work-from-home arrangements where stated.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity in handling financial data.
  • Good communication skills in English; ability to work under supervision and to learn quickly.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets and accounting software; comfort with proprietary systems as applicable.
  • Willing to start immediately or ASAP where required; ability to relocate or commute as specified.
Job Types
