Job Description (Makati listing)
- Day-to-day bookkeeping, BIR compliance, fixed asset management, bank reconciliations, monthly accruals of expenses, payables and disbursements
- Process payments and vouchers; verify supplier invoices
- Maintain ledgers (A/R), prepare and send invoices
- Prepare and submit BIR/PEZA compliance (monthly/quarterly/annual) including forms such as 1601C, 1601E, 2550M, 2550Q, 1702Q, 1603
- Maintain fixed asset schedule and depreciation; perform bank reconciliations
- Record deposits and collections; monthly accruals; month-end reports
- Maintain General Ledger; set up new accounts and cost centers; ensure reconciliations of control accounts
- Interacts with staff for accounts payable/receivable; ad hoc tasks
- Requirements: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience; Amenable to 100% onsite (Makati Office); Graduate in Accounting; CPA preferred

Job Description
- Bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll processing; validated financial statements, ledgers, accounts; corrections as needed
- Preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies
- Manage intercompany accounting and intercompany reconciliations; prepare bank reconciliations
- Prepare and input corporate journal entries; maintain accounting controls
- Daily sales transactions and reconciliation; analyze sales vs. costs with budget guidance
- Timely and accurate generation/submission of internal and government statutory reports
- Prepare documents for BIR filings and assessments
- Review invoices; monitor accounts to ensure timely payments
- Requirements: Degree in Accountancy; CPA preferred; 2+ years general accounting experience; Experience in Retail or Shared Services preferred; 1+ year in BIR regulations
- Skills: Inventory, Cost Analysis, Budgeting, Cost Control
- Other: Own laptop preferred; ASAP start
