Are you a proven leader in life insurance sales? We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will:

  • Recruit, lead, and develop a team of high-performing Financial Advisors
  • Drive strategy, sales activity, and team development
  • Lead by example in hitting targets and maintaining professionalism
  • Represent the values of ELIA and Insular Life with integrity and care
What We Offer
  • Commission-based income with monthly allowance depending on your background and final interview results:
  • Level 1: ₱30,000/month
  • Level 2: ₱60,000/month
  • Level 3: ₱80,000/month

Qualifications
  • College/University graduate
  • With at least 3 years of sales management experience from a reputable company
  • Must have experience in recruiting agents and sourcing clients
  • Able to manage a team of at least 5+ salespeople
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Preferred industries: Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Automotive, FMCG, or Pharma
  • Preferred profiles: Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Bancassurance Area Manager, Real Estate Broker, or Division Manager
Expectations
  • Full-time commitment
  • Willing to report onsite at least 3x a week (T-Th-F)
  • Open to undergoing leadership development training
  • Willing to undergo a structured onboarding and panel interview process
