About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with strong technical knowledge and proven business development skills to lead our sales efforts in MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) specialty construction. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence, developing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets in MEPF construction projects. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial market sector with engineering and facilities division, company owners, developers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and trust. Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals, bids, and contracts in coordination with engineering and project teams. Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports using CRM and other tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial sectors. At least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong understanding of MEPF systems, construction processes, and building codes. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. High level of professionalism, integrity, and client management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
