Responsibilities- New merchant acquisition by selling benefits to top home improvement contractors
- Provide information to customers and record actions taken or needed in the system
- Adhere to security procedures on e-commerce interactions
- Deliver outstanding service to high-value customers and grow relationships
- Act as a product knowledge specialist
- Ensure adherence to all operations and compliance procedures
- Relevant sales experience, preferably consultative, phone-based
- Proven sales success with ability to detail results
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with cold-calling and outbound outreach
- Solutions-oriented and strong closing skills
- SFDC, MS Office, and PC proficiency
- Experience with dialing/cadence software preferred
- Ability to work from home in a quiet workspace
