Your Role

As an IT Service And Support Specialist (Level 1/2), you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolve hardware and software issues, and escalate complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. You will help maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure and work as part of a small, remotely based team of Service and Support professionals.

To be successful, you should be a friendly and engaging team member with experience in IT support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote-based IT helpdesk support to staff and vendors to resolve issues, requests, and incidents.
  • Provide End User Support (Level 1 and Level 2).
  • Resolve incidents in a timely manner with a focus on customer service and client outcomes.
  • Coordinate with other IT departments and external vendors to identify and implement solutions to technical issues and system outages.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support
  • Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills with experience in MS Windows, M365, Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Cloud apps
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
