Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and creative Part-Time Marketing Specialist to drive our marketing efforts in the recruitment industry. This role requires 15-20 hours per week and focuses on content creation, digital marketing, and paid advertising campaigns to support our client acquisition and brand positioning goals.

Key Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B service marketing, preferably within the recruitment or HR services industry

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Active Campaign for email marketing automation and campaign management

  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation across multiple digital channels

  • Hands-on experience managing social media platforms for business growth

  • Working knowledge of the recruitment industry, hiring processes, and talent acquisition trends

  • Proven track record managing Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising campaigns with measurable ROI

Technical Skills

  • Marketing Automation: Active Campaign (required)

  • AI Tools: Icon AI for content optimization and creation

  • Advertising Platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X)

  • Analytics: Google Analytics, social media analytics tools

  • SEO: Keyword research, on-page optimization, content optimization

Primary Responsibilities

Content Development & Management

  • Create compelling, industry-relevant blog posts and articles targeting recruitment professionals and potential clients (2-3 per week)

  • Develop engaging social media content that drives engagement and establishes thought leadership (10-15 posts weekly)

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and marketing objectives

  • Leverage Icon AI to optimize content creation and maintain consistency

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community in a professional and timely manner

  • Build relationships with recruitment industry influencers and target audience members

  • Track social media metrics and adjust strategies based on performance data

Paid Advertising Campaign Management

  • Design, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting recruitment service buyers

  • Create and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns for client acquisition

  • Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI

  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creative, targeting, and messaging

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on all marketing campaign performance metrics

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Monitor competitor marketing activities and industry trends

  • Prepare monthly performance reports with ROI analysis and strategic recommendations

Weekly Deliverables

  • 1-2 high-quality blog posts or articles focused on recruitment industry topics

  • 3-5 strategically planned social media posts across all platforms

  • Daily social media engagement and community management activities

  • Ongoing paid advertising campaign monitoring and optimization

  • Performance tracking and quick-response adjustments to underperforming campaigns

Monthly Deliverables

  • Comprehensive content calendar for the upcoming month with strategic themes and topics

  • Competitive analysis report identifying market opportunities and threats

  • Detailed advertising campaign performance report with ROI analysis

  • SEO audit and optimization recommendations

  • Strategic recommendations for improving online presence and lead generation

Schedule & Commitment

  • Hours: 15-20 hours per week

  • Work Arrangement: Remote position with occasional virtual team meetings
