Your Role:
As An IT Service And Support, You Will
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Level 1/2 IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. Your role will be providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support when necessary. The Level 1/2 IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization's IT infrastructure.
To be successful you will be a friendly and engaging team member with demonstrated experience working in IT support. In this busy role, you will be part of a small growing team of Service and Support professionals who are remotely based.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing remote based IT helpdesk support of staff and vendors to resolve any issues, requests, and incidents.
- Provide End User Support (Level 1 and Level 2)
- Resolve incidents assigned to you in a timely manner ensuring customer service and client outcomes are paramount.
- Work with other IT departments and external vendors to identify and implement solutions to technical issues and system outages.
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation to aid in the resolution of technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with common IT systems and software (MS Windows, M365, Office 365, Intune, SharePoint, Cloud apps,)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
