JOB SUMMARY
The role of Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for streamlining, simplifying, and improving the operation’s end-to-end processes, driving a continuous improvement culture, with systems & tools to drive productivity.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Help define process quality issues, measure current process performance, analyze root cause defects, and develop targeted process improvement opportunities
• Perform data gathering, root cause analysis, and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes
• Work with the team to recommend appropriate changes in process/approach
• Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows
• Help the team to stay up to date with the latest business practices and technologies
• Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• Three to five years of experience working on projects related to quality assurance and process improvement
• Must be well-versed on ISO certification process
• Strong analytical and client-focused process problem-solving experience

PHILIPPINE COLLEGE OF CRIMINOLOGY is currently looking for Document Controller/ QA/QC to handle the intake, management, and storage of our company’s documents. In this role, you will be required to review, process, and file documentation as well as manage the smooth running of all our documentation operations. You are also responsible for monitoring and evaluating internal processes, determining their quality, and engaging with students, and gathering feedback, among other duties.

To ensure success as a document controller/qa/qc you should be up to date with document management processes and have a detail-oriented mindset. Must have an extensive understanding of document management system and be able to handle document access intaking and archiving responsibilities.

Document Controller Responsibilities :

• Handling intake, scanning, verification, and storing documents
• Filing and archiving relevant documentation
• Retrieving files for other employees and customers when needed
• Designing templates for documents, file types, and document databases
• Checking and editing documents for accuracy and compliance
• Controlling the flow of documents in and out of the department
• Reporting errors or developments regarding document storage
• Ensuring the secure destruction and disposal of sensitive documents
• Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records
• Maintaining the security of confidential documents
• Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management system
• Developing quality control processes

Requirements :
