Quality Assurance Assistant

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduate or at least 6 months of working experience as fast-food crew or crew member is preferred.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of quality control systems, procedures, and processes.
  • Strong background on retail or quick service restaurant; food safety industry.
  • Prepares review site inspection plans, site quality procedures and other related quality method statements.
  • Prepares data for project management review to assess the effectiveness of systems area of reoccurring deficiencies and areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance Supervisor

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in food safety and basic store operations including supervisory role.
  • Conducts store audits based on the company 4P’s Quality Management System.
  • Discuss the audit results together with the store leaders and assigned area coordinators.
