Your Role: As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will: Conduct regular audits of campaign setups, ad creatives, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. Monitor team performance to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to drive improvements in quality. Help develop and maintain documentation of quality standards and best practices. Proactively identify potential quality issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent errors. What You Need: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to identify issues and recommend corrective actions Excellent organizational and documentation skills Strong communication and coaching abilities Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred skills/expertise Prior experience in quality assurance within ad operations or related fields Familiarity with auditing campaign setups and digital media processes Experience monitoring SLA adherence and quality metrics About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
