In this role, your mission is to ensure timely client communication and accurate policy management. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Answering phones and transferring calls to appropriate account managers as needed.
  • Reviewing personal and commercial late payment lists, emailing late notices to insured clients and attaching documentation to the EPIC system.
  • Detailing non-downloadable policies as required and issuing certificates of insurance, binders, and evidence of property.
  • Assisting with various tasks and projects, including EPIC system cleanup and managing agency scanned mail.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience as a virtual assistant or in related work.
  • Previous insurance experience preferred but not required.

Technical Skills:

  • Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Non-Negotiables:

  • Professional demeanor and behavior at all times.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and identify and resolve problems promptly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project and task deadlines.

The Role at a Glance

  • Compensation: Up to ₱40,000
  • Schedule: Night Shift (11 PM–8 AM PH Time), Monday–Friday
  • Work Setup: Remote (anywhere in the Philippines)
  • Reports to: Account Management Lead
