Outgive Inc is seeking an Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to help scale the company's technology-driven bookkeeping business. Job Description The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience, including categorizing transactions, departmental bookkeeping, and financial statement preparation. They will also have experience managing a book of clients and be proficient in QBO or Xero. Handle eCommerce clients’ monthly bookkeeping in QBO and Xero. Categorize transactions, compute COGS, generate profitability reports, KPIs, run payroll, manage AP. Use technology to automate services and ensure accurate data flow from sales channels to QBO or Xero. Check-in with clients and deliver their own deliverables on time. Manage client deliverables and ensure deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded. Document Unloop and client-specific procedures in ClickUp and continuously look for new ways to automate and streamline the accounting for clients.
