Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues within scope (e.g., order, technical, payment) or coordinate with Sales and other teams for escalation; communicate proactively with customers and foster professional relationships while capturing feedback via NPS surveys.
  • Engage in effective communication to resolve issues, plan and organize priorities, ensure data quality in tools (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) used in Order Handling; prepare and analyze regular statistics (e.g., delivery forecast, revenue and collections); recommend solutions, process improvements, and innovations to speed internal processes; track performance and report results to management.
  • Coordinate with process owners, external partners, and customers to achieve business targets; ensure timely processing of orders from booking to collection; manage purchasing of materials and services per customer requirements; monitor order status to ensure delivery within contractual dates and provide proactive order updates to customers.
  • Issue invoices timely based on documentation; collect receivables within approved terms; ensure cycle times and KPIs for order execution; possess knowledge of importation and customs clearance; comply with Safety and ABB’s code of conduct; participate in HSE initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the business.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary education in Electrical engineering or equivalent.
  • 2 years of work experience in a relevant industry, preferably from the power industry.
  • Experience in customer support operations and order processing.
  • Detail-oriented with data integrity and accuracy in systems.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
