Responsible for executing order administration functions, managing service contracts, and ensuring accurate order processing for internal customers.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executes order administration functions to perform order processing transactions such as order entry, modifications, and incompletion log through Oracle and bFO.
  • Manages and administers Service Contracts and related activities.
  • Takes ownership of all orders and ensures administrative support is carried out.
  • Communicates directly with internal customers, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, Field Service, and other cross-functional departments to ensure order accuracy and answer general questions regarding services and order status.
  • Enters Purchase Orders promptly.
  • Meets the goals set by the team to achieve the KPI.
  • Ensures correct Quotations and Contracts are being used.
  • Monitors individual backlog by checking pending orders to ensure timely and accurate entry of all orders.
  • Identifies and communicates possible changes to processes and procedures to ensure best practices.
  • Handles order distribution.
  • Additional responsibilities include filing and continuous cross-training and up-training in all forms of order entry.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  • Willingness to work in Cavite
  • Filipino citizenship or relevant residence status
  • Fresh graduates/Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
