Operations Lead

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Manager to support the daily operations and strategic goals of our team. Key Responsibilities: Assist in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor team performance, KPIs, and workflow execution. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions. Coordinate with different departments to support overall operational goals. Provide reports and updates to the Operations Manager and senior management. Collaborate with Support, Training, and Workforce teams to optimize operations. Prepare operational reports and assist in client communications and business reviews. Coordinate with the Finance Department to manage budget forecasts, cost control, and ensure alignment with operational expenses. Qualifications: 1. Leadership & People Management Ability to supervise and guide a core team. Provides constructive feedback and motivates staff. Resolves conflicts calmly and fairly. 2. Operational Efficiency Strong organizational and time management skills. Can document, follow, and improve processes. Keeps workflows smooth and eliminates bottlenecks. 3. Communication Professional verbal and written communication skills. Can relay instructions clearly and update you concisely. Comfortable communicating with both staff and clients. 4. Problem-Solving & Initiative Proactive in identifying issues before they escalated. Suggests solutions, not just problems. Shows adaptability when priorities shift. 5. Analytical & Detail-Oriented Reviews reports and data for accuracy. Tracks KPIs and operational performance. Pay attention to small details without losing sight of the bigger picture. 6. Administrative & Technical Skills Comfortable with task management tools, CRMs, or project software. Strong in reporting, documentation, and SOP enforcement. Intermediate Google Sheets knowledge for tracking and analysis. 7. Professionalism & Reliability Handles confidential information responsibly. Consistently meets deadlines and commitments. Demonstrates accountability and ownership of tasks. Willingness to commit to a two-year contract. #J-18808-Ljbffr
