Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the food and beverage or retail industry Proven track record in driving operational excellence and maximizing the performance of franchise or multi-unit operations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with franchisees, team members, and cross‑functional stakeholders Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis Familiar with franchise business models and industry best practices Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Duties and Responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all stores or franchise branches to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and quality control measures Supervise and guide store managers or team leaders to achieve business goals and maintain consistent performance Analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost efficiency Coordinate with the HR and Training departments in monitoring staff performance, attendance, and development needs Lead operational meetings and provide strategic recommendations to management and franchisees Ensure timely procurement and proper inventory management of supplies and materials #J-18808-Ljbffr
