Position Title: Credentialing Specialist Work Set Up: Onsite Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PH Time Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga Quick Rundown We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credentialing Specialist to manage all aspects of the credentialing, re-credentialing, and privileging processes for all employees. This role ensures compliance with regulatory and organizational standards by maintaining accurate records, updating credentialing databases, and ensuring timely renewal of licenses and certifications. The Credentialing Specialist also supports general administrative operations as needed. What You’ll Do Manage credentialing, re-credentialing, and privileging for all clinical and non-clinical employees. Maintain and update credentialing databases and online systems to ensure data accuracy. Track and process license and certification renewals to maintain compliance. Communicate with employees and regulatory agencies regarding credentialing requirements and timelines. Assist with audits, compliance checks, and required reporting. Support office staff with administrative tasks as assigned. Ensure adherence to all applicable company, state, and federal regulations. What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience). 2-3 years of experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, or compliance preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
