Ensure the smooth running of the daily HR functions and provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the key country executives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management and 2-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management 2-4 years’ experience as HR Generalist role Must be adept in the Philippines Labor Law provisions, including human relations and employee rights Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism and diplomacy Excellent organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word & Powerpoint Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines As an HR Generalist, the responsibilities include: Being the first point of contact for HR topics coming from employees, management and external partners Handling the smooth daily HR, office and country support operations and well as ad hoc projects and topics Supporting employees’ consulting about employment and local law regulations and company policies Maintaining and updating the relevant HR documentation, reports and employee personnel files and ensuring data accuracy in Company internal system Managing the full HR life cycle - Assisting in onboarding ensuring timely completion of new hire documentation, systems set up, onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees Administering compensation, benefits, and supporting payroll coordination and ensuring accuracy of payroll Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices Managing employee records, maintaining an accurate HR database, conducting regular data validations, and ensuring complete and well-documented records Assisting in internal HR communications, ensuring employees receive timely and accurate updates on policies and programs Acting as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and endorsing, which may include Company Group Insurance provider Assisting in conducting due process in handling offenses committed by an employee Assisting in planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results through coaching and discipline, hearing and resolving grievances, and counseling Managing the efficient use and inventory of office supplies and equipment Providing general administrative support and other duties reasonably necessary for the performance of HR and logistics-related functions as may be required by the business Planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement, such as company events and activities Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
