Responsibilities We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to join our team at our project site in Bataan. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of onsite administrative tasks and supporting the team in various essential functions. Document Control: Logging, filing, and maintaining critical documents to ensure easy access and proper organization. Petty Cash Handling: Managing petty cash fund onsite, including reimbursement and liquidation of expenses. Reporting: Preparing weekly and monthly accomplishment reports, ensuring all necessary details are captured accurately. Attendance Management: Preparing Daily Time Records and consolidating overtime, submitting them to the B&I Coordinator and HR for attendance purposes. Office Supplies: Responsible for managing and ensuring the availability of office supplies onsite. Other Tasks: Assisting with other administrative and technical tasks as needed. Requirements Education: Engineering Graduate (fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Experience: At least 1 year of related working experience (fresh graduates may also apply) License: PRC license is preferred but not required Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other basic office software Other: Willingness to work onsite at the Bataan project site Availability: Can start immediately Employment Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Other Industries: Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
