Overview We are seeking a proactive team member to handle sales and promotion, client relationship management, and inventory coordination. The role includes processing orders, managing stock levels, sourcing products, and coordinating with suppliers. You will also support shipment handling, reporting, and marketing preparations to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, and Administrative functions. Experience in the manning/shipping industry with vast connections is an advantage and preferred. College graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field. Must be willing to report onsite daily at Legazpi Village, Makati City. Must be available to start immediately. Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal abilities. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Willingness to do field work. High attention to detail and accuracy. Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities Selling and promotion of products and services. Build and maintain client relationships. Inventory and purchasing: merchandise ordering, product sourcing, quality checks, and distribution. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent under- or over-investment. Generate orders for PPE, materials, and supplies; maintain records. Provide accurate, current inventory data/reports for purchasing decisions. Prepare periodic sales and inventory reports, including overages and shortages. Process Purchase Orders (P.O.) and record keeping. Process Sales Orders (S.O.) and goods receiving (G.R.) in the system. Prepare and submit Payment Requests (P.R.) with follow-through and record keeping. Maintain accurate inventory records in the system being used. Participate in cycle and periodic physical counts. Handle shipments and delivery distribution; receive and inspect inventory shipments for accuracy and conformance. Prepare merchandise and marketing materials for product presentations to clients. Engage with suppliers for merchandise requirements and timely deliveries. Handle email correspondence with internal and external clients. Perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary.
