IT Lead Generation Specialist Job Description: IT Lead Generation Specialist Role Purpose You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for our IT services/products. Your goal is to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by cold outreach, researching leads, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to turn prospects into opportunities. Key Responsibilities Research and gather lists of potential leads (companies, decision-makers) in the target market (IT / Tech / SaaS). Cold call, send emails, LinkedIn outreach to initiate contact with leads. Qualify leads via initial conversations and needs analysis; determine budget, decision-makers, urgency. Maintain and update CRM system with lead information, follow-up statuses. Coordinate with Sales / Account Executives to pass on qualified leads. Track KPIs and metrics: number of leads generated, conversion rates, calls/emails made, response rates. Provide regular reports and suggestions to improve outreach scripts, process, and lead quality. Stay updated with industry trends, competitive offerings, and potential channels for lead source growth. Must possess Australian work rights for this position. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience). Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role. Experience (1-3 years) in lead generation, cold calling, appointment setting—preferably in IT or SaaS. Minimum of 6-12 months experience is required for this position. Strong communication (verbal & written) + interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach tools. Self-motivated, target-driven, good organisation and time management. Basic understanding of IT / technology concepts is a plus (e.g. cloud services, cybersecurity, software). #J-18808-Ljbffr
