Responsibilities Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Prepare bank deposits Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts Prepare and submit regular financial reports and statements Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end closings Provide administrative support to the accounting and sales team. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable accounting standards and regulations Qualifications At least 2 years of experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel) Excellent attention to detail High level of accuracy and efficiency Good problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues Strong communication and interpersonal skills Graduate of Accountancy or related field is a must Strong personality #J-18808-Ljbffr
