Job Description

The Business Development / Relationship Officer is responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring effective delivery of recruitment and manpower services. The role includes client sourcing, account management, and coordination with recruitment teams while ensuring compliance with HR and DOLE requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client accounts and build strong relationships to ensure delivery of recruitment and manpower services
  • Source clients and coordinate with recruitment teams to meet requirements
  • Ensure compliance with HR and DOLE requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in client management, account management, or recruitment
  • Background in HR, staffing, or manpower services is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR compliance (DOLE preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office and online job platforms (JobStreet, social media sourcing)
  • Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts/projects
  • Willing to do client visits, fieldwork, and work on Saturdays
