Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our business through development and execution of marketing strategies. The role involves planning and delivering campaigns, creating content, coordinating with vendors and teams, and analyzing performance to improve results. Training may be provided to help you hone your skills and grow with the team.
Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Develop content and marketing materials; coordinate with design and branding teams.
- Manage campaigns, track performance, and report on results using analytics tools.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and branding teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Support events, product launches, and partnerships; assist with vendor coordination and budget management.
- Maintain brand identity across channels and stay updated with marketing trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand support (internships acceptable).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email, social media) and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; good copywriting ability for short-form content.
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple tasks.
