Job Overview: The Sales Operations Associate provides essential support to both sales team and operational functions. This role involves close collaboration with various internal departments to ensure seamless operations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including internal activities such as FTF, PWP/PAF, SIS, and other related responsibilities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Prepares MDC MST Data report and sends it to Sales Team for their analysis.
  • Operational Coordination: Process client purchase orders (PO) from order entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate Return to Vendor (RTV) notifications from Accounts to the Warehouse Department, ensuring accurate and complete documentation for deductions to principals.
  • Collect and organize documentation for RTV transactions and coordinate with the Operations Support & Admin Supervisor for processing deductions to principals, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping.
  • Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional assistance. Address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the sales team and internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to address operational needs.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client interactions, and operational activities. Assist in analyzing data and generating reports to support decision-making processes.
  • General Support: Provide additional support to the sales and operations teams as required. Participate in special projects and initiatives to drive organizational success. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and customer-focused approach to problem resolution. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Commitment to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
