Job Description- Independently plan and propose creative event concepts (e.g., seasonal festivals, brand anniversaries, themed campaigns)
- Ensure event proposals reflect the brand's positioning and core values
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including creative concept, execution flow, budget planning, and communication highlights

We are seeking a creative Marketing Support to join our Marketing Department. This role captures high-quality visual content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives. Responsibilities include planning, shooting, editing, and delivering photo and video content for campaigns, social media, ads, product launches, events, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, shoot, and edit photos and videos for campaigns, social media, website, ads, and internal use
- Collaborate with marketing team on briefs and content strategy
- Operate production equipment (cameras, audio, lighting, props)
- Edit footage/photos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop
- Manage asset archive and maintain brand consistency
- Capture behind-the-scenes content at events
- Stay updated on trends in video/photography and digital marketing
- Assist in creative concept development and shoot logistics
- Coordinate location scouting and talent as needed
- Support other related duties to aid department operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Photography, Media Arts, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent)
- 2+ years as videographer/photographer in marketing or creative team
- Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio
- Strong portfolio (commercial, lifestyle, social content)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Attention to detail and storytelling through visual media
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

- Keep gear organized and ready
- Maintain digital asset library
Rebranding Support
- Apply updated branding to visuals
- Update outdated materials
Skill Development
- Improve photography, editing, and equipment handling
- Build portfolio and share learnings
