Job DescriptionThe Sales Manager is primarily responsible for supervising the efforts of sales consultants related to generation of sales of automotive units and ancillary services such as financing and insurance. The role may involve direct selling activities or support of sales consultants. The position holder shall undertake the following functions:
- Align with the corporate vision and ensure subordinate employees perform in like manner.
- Plan, organize, and control operations; prepare and secure budget approval.
- Contribute to sales forecasts, targets, and sales strategies.

- Engage in selling activities unilaterally or in support of Sales Consultants.
- Develop action plans for promotional activities; participate in off-site promotions and displays.
- Provide data on competitor activities for marketing management.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of automotive units; uphold terms of sale.
- Address customer complaints within authority or escalate as needed.
- Maintain showroom appearance and professional image of Sales Consultants.
- Attend trainings and consolidate performance reports with analysis and recommendations.
- Participate in policy, procedure, and systems planning as part of committees and project teams.
- Supervise subordinate staff, provide coaching and development, and apply disciplinary actions as needed.
- Perform other duties related to the above.
