Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, managing a team of account executives and coordinators, and developing new business opportunities in target markets. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and hands-on customer engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed revenue and growth targets Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our presence in existing and new markets Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, architects, and end users Monitor sales performance and pipeline using CRM tools; report to senior leadership Collaborate with estimating, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance product offerings and positioning Attend industry trade shows and events as a company representative What We’re Looking For 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role Background in building materials, manufacturing, or construction industry preferred Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Ability to read construction drawings/specs (an asset) Willingness to travel as needed Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Sales, Product Management, and Manufacturing Industries : Architectural and Structural Metal Manufacturing, Construction, and Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
