Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and coordinating with marketing to optimize lead generation and client engagement. This position is based in Metro Manila with the possibility for some work-from-home flexibility.

- Understanding of sustainable development and green building practices is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work setup
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
