Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AO Support Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities Managed and monitored batch jobs using Unix (cron, shell scripting) and Windows (Task Scheduler, PowerShell). Performed daily health checks, incident resolution, and root cause analysis of failed jobs. Automated repetitive tasks with scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Collaborated with application and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-platform issues. Documented procedures, job flows, and troubleshooting guides for operational consistency.
