Overview Robert Walters Philippines is searching for talented and driven individuals to join our team as Recruitment Consultants. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will act as an intermediary between organisations (clients) wishing to recruit staff and professionals (candidates) seeking a career change. The objective is to meet the needs of both the employer and the candidate to ensure the best mutual fit. This requires a strong understanding of the employer's business and culture as well as the professional ambitions of the candidate. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients and maintain regular, positive relationships with new and existing clients; gain a thorough understanding of the client's business, culture, and resourcing needs; offer a solution-focused approach. Present profiles to clients for existing roles or on a speculative basis; ensure high-quality candidates are presented for interview; adhere to short turnaround times for screening, advertising responses, and reference checks; manage the interview process from screening to negotiation with the client; ensure the database reflects all business dealings. Lead and support candidate and client events as needed. Seek Opportunities & Thought Leadership: take ownership of your business development plan within your industry specialization; generate new business via proactive business development; build internal relationships; develop a solid pipeline and achieve revenue targets; understand and negotiate commercial terms within pre-agreed parameters; identify potential recruitment consultants to refer. Candidate Management: manage the recruitment process from beginning to end; source, select, and assess candidate skills and experiences; organize interviews and brief candidates; maintain an active/inactive candidate pool and ensure data accuracy in the database; provide consultation to a large network of candidates for immediate and long-term needs.
