Reports to: IPP Client and Manager

Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant supporting a high-growth recruitment firm. You'll run the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, shortlisting, client coordination, and closing, develop new client relationships and manage job intake and offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Intake & Client Management (360): Run discovery calls, qualify roles (must-have/nice-to-have), set SLAs, advise on salary/market.
  • Sourcing & Outreach: Create targeted searches (Boolean/X-Ray), run multi-channel outreach (job boards, LinkedIn, talent pools, referrals), and maintain pipelines.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct structured phone/video screens; assess skills, experience, motivations, salary/visa/notice period; produce concise candidate summaries.
  • Submission & Coordination: Present high-quality shortlists, book interviews, prepare candidates, manage feedback loops, and adjust search strategy.
  • Offer & Close: Manage offers, counteroffers, and start dates; brief candidates on onboarding steps.
  • CRM/ATS Hygiene: Log activities, update stages, track metrics, and maintain data compliance (privacy/equal opportunity).
  • Business Development (360): Prospect target accounts, book discovery meetings, pitch capability decks, negotiate terms, and collaborate with delivery team.
  • Market Intelligence: Share insights on talent availability, salary bands, competitor activity, and time-to-hire trends.
  • Quality & Compliance: Follow process/QA checklists, reference checks where required, and uphold client policies.

What You'll Bring (Must-Have)

  • 1–3+ years recruiting experience in an agency or RPO (delivery or 360).
  • Hands-on ATS/CRM experience (e.g., Bullhorn, JobAdder, Workable, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter/X-Ray, job boards, talent communities).
  • Clear written & verbal English; confident phone manner; excellent stakeholder management.
  • Target-driven with proven results: submissions → interviews → offers → starts.
  • Organized and data-minded; comfortable working to daily activity and weekly outcome KPIs.

KPIs You'll Own

  • Time-to-submit, time-to-shortlist, interview-to-offer, offer-to-start ratios.
  • CV-to-interview conversion, fill rate, placements per month, gross margin/GP.
  • Activity metrics: outreach, connects, qualified screens, client touchpoints, data hygiene/QA.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
