Position Summary

As a US Recruiter , you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing top clinical professionals in permanent positions. Working closely with your Lead Recruiter, you will manage assigned clients and accounts, ensuring their staffing needs are clearly understood and effectively met. By leveraging your sourcing expertise and recruitment skills, you will deliver highly qualified candidates and help build stronger healthcare teams. This is a high-impact role where your work directly contributes to improving patient care outcomes.

Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM EST or 8 AM to 5 PM PST
Following US Holidays

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, pre-qualifying screens, submitting candidates to vacancies, interviewing, preparing candidates, offer management, and post placement care during rebate periods.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact through placement.
  • Source talent using multiple channels, including databases, job boards, networking, social media, and proactive outreach.
  • Partner with Lead Recruiters and client leadership teams to understand workforce needs and align recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in our ATS (Manatal).
  • Meet and exceed recruitment metrics including placements, submittals, and pipeline growth.
  • Stay up to date with market trends in healthcare recruitment, compensation, and workforce challenges.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience (healthcare or clinical preferred)
  • Skills: Strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication, consultative approach, and ability to build trust quickly.
  • Mindset: Competitive yet collaborative, motivated by results, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare.
  • Tools: Comfortable working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
