Work hours: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM PHT Manila, Tuesday - Saturday

Salary: Php 35,000 - 40,000 take-home pay per month | Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

About the Role

The Recruiting Coordinator position will support the HR Manager with the end-to-end recruitment process. Simultaneously, the coordinator will contribute to HR operations, focusing on administrative and new hire preparation tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Recruiting: Manage job posts; Review resumes and screen candidates; Sort and organize candidates for review; Coordinate with hiring managers; Communicate with candidates; Schedule interviews; Conduct reference checks; Support the implementation of DEI initiatives; Utilize an ATS to streamline process; Manage email accounts; Engage in active recruiting efforts.
  • Human Resources: Provide administrative support to HR team; Support HR team with new hire onboarding; Support email management.

  • Recruitment Expertise: End-to-end recruitment processes including posting, screening, scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication; ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and Quick Decision-Making
  • Technology Proficiency: ATS (JazzHR, Greenhouse, BreezyHR, etc.); project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
  • Organizational Skills: Multitasking, attention to detail.

  • Time-to-Fill, Quality of Candidate Pool, Interview Scheduling Efficiency, Candidate Engagement, ATS Utilization, DEI Initiative Impact, New Hire Onboarding Success Rate, Email Management Efficiency, Compliance Adherence, Task Completion and Multitasking, Stakeholder Satisfaction, Proactivity and Initiative.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
  • Must work United States Pacific Time hours
  • Excellent verbal and written English with a neutral accent
  • Strong rapport-building and call management skills
  • Agile and quick thinking for candidate interactions
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (JazzHR, Greenhouse, BreezyHR, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, etc.)
  • Highly disciplined, organized, and capable of multitasking
  • Creative, resourceful, capable of initiative
  • Ability to follow procedures and communicate with the team
  • Independent, self-sufficient, and reliable
