Compliance Officer to manage and ensure regulatory compliance with various government agencies, including the FDA , Bureau of Customs , Local Government Units (LGUs) , SEC , and other relevant institutions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating and processing regulatory documents, ensuring the company adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, especially in processing documents with FDA , Bureau of Customs , LGUs , SEC , and tax authorities.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine regulatory systems and government documentation procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online regulatory portals (e.g., FDA e-portal, SEC Express, etc.).
