Overview

We are hiring a Compliance Officer to ensure that the company adheres to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Based in Manila , this role will be responsible for developing and monitoring compliance programs, conducting internal audits, and coordinating with relevant government agencies to maintain proper licenses and certifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance gaps.
  • Prepare and submit documentation to government agencies (e.g., BIR, DOLE, SEC, FDA, LGUs).
  • Provide guidance and training to staff regarding compliance requirements and updates.
  • Investigate and report compliance issues and support corrective action implementation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of permits, licenses, and other regulatory filings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2–4 years of experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or legal-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulatory bodies and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
