We are seeking a Compliance Analyst to join our team and help ensure the organization adheres to legal standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. This role is open to fresh graduates eager to develop their careers in compliance, law, or regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with statutory laws, rules, and regulations applicable to the industry.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct regular compliance risk assessments to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide training to employees on compliance-related topics and promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Monitoring and Auditing: Perform ongoing compliance monitoring and audits to ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare compliance reports for management and regulatory agencies, detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Investigation: Investigate compliance violations and manage the response to any identified issues.
  • Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and assist in audits or investigations.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, finance, law, business administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional) are a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles is an advantage but not required. We are open to fresh graduates with a passion for compliance and learning on the job.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment with standard working hours. Occasional overtime or travel for training or audits may be required.
