Job Description 1

Booking Salesman / Sales Representative roles in the Philippines.   • Handles account development and quality account management; distributes the right product assortment per channel within the assigned territory.

  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with big accounts/HRI clients; conducts regular client visits, product presentations, negotiations, and ensures product availability and SKU penetration.
  • Coordinates with logistics for timely order fulfillment; prepares and submits accurate sales reports and manages accounts receivable where applicable.
Qualifications (Representative examples)
  • 4-year degree or college graduate; fresh graduates encouraged to apply in some postings; experience in sales/marketing preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work under pressure and with limited supervision; willingness to travel (territory-specific).
  • Valid driver's license; proficiency in MS Office; able to manage field-based routes and daily reporting.
  • Experience in booking, collections, or FMCG/distribution preferred in some postings.

The Booking Salesman is responsible for promoting and selling booking services, managing client relationships, negotiating deals, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Direct interaction with clients and effective scheduling are required.

  • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with big accounts/HRI clients; achieve monthly sales targets and booking quotas; conduct client visits and negotiations.
  • Ensure proper SKU penetration and product availability; coordinate with logistics for timely fulfillment; maintain compliance with company policies and brand image.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, and manage collections where applicable.
Qualifications
  • Senior High School or College level; 1–2+ years of booking/collection experience preferred; willingness to travel; proficiency in MS Office.
