Outbound Digital Media Sales Representative role focusing on promoting sales of properties, coordinating with clients, and supporting the sales process through advertising, displays, and digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.
  • Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
  • Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
  • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers\' needs and financial resources.
  • Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents.
  • Attend events to develop professional knowledge.
  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Schedule appointments with prospective customers.

Job Description

Knowledge, Skills, and Capability:

  • Must be a College Graduate of any Business Course
  • Must have sales experience related in healthcare particularly Dialysis
  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills

Job Summary:

  • Experience selling into Hemodialysis machines and consumables/ or related medical equipment
  • Successful track record of sales
  • Highly motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Dialysis equipment is highly desirable but not essential

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the weekly itinerary and daily post call.
  • Attend meeting with sales team (Twice a day).
  • Development and implementation of a territory business plan to meet the territory target, and therefore the business unit, the division and the corporate expectation.
  • Managing and developing sales activities within the dialysis market for the territory.
  • Identifying key customers within the territory and creating and developing solid relationships with them in order to promote the focus products and the company.
  • Understand the competitors and their activities.
  • Keep abreast of developments and trends within the market and supply this market information back to the company regularly
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Plan and propose to Management for approval any appropriate sales marketing strategy.
  • The duties and responsibilities enumerated above are not exclusive of any other duties and responsibilities that BEI may see fit to designate or assign to the employee concerned
  • The duties and responsibilities may be revised from time to time in accordance with the exigencies of the service

Salary Range: Php 20,000 basic salary plus actual reimbursement in transportation (gas, toll) with food reimbursement

Job Location (Field work): Priority sales area: Manila and Rizal; Cavite and Lower Laguna. Additional sales areas include Camarines Sur/Norte/Albay, Nueva Ecija/Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela/Quirino/Ifugao/Cagayan, Ilocos Sur/Norte/Abra

Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary; Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate: Valenzuela (reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work)
