Position: Outbound Sales Representative - Direct Client

Responsibilities:

· Make cold calls to companies and clients, pitching our selection of insurance solutions.

· Interact with leads to learn about their insurance requirements while building rapport.

· Using our CRM system, collect and document essential data to help with follow-ups and prospect tracking.

· Tell potential customers about our value beyond the services we offer.

· Keep precise and thorough call logs and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in phone sales, cold-calling, or business development. (Required)
  • Your work-from-home equipment and backup, along with a quiet workstation. (Required)
  • Excellent communication and conversation skills.
  • Ability to work the graveyard shift effectively from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM PST, with 30 min. Lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and listen to coaching.
  • Positive attitude, persuasive demeanor, and real enthusiasm for the job.
  • Expertise with CRM systems and other sales tools for streamlining procedures.
  • An insurance background is preferred but not required.
