Location: On-site, Plaridel, Bulacan (with field operations in Northern Metro Manila and Central Luzon)

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing sales team in Plaridel. This office-based role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping expand our presence across Northern Metro Manila and Bulacan.

As a Sales Officer, you will handle the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while ensuring our high-performance polyurethane (PU) roofing systems reach contractors, developers, architects, and property owners. You’ll work closely with the sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
  • Present and promote our PU roofing systems to contractors, developers, and architects
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships primarily from the office (with occasional client visits as needed)
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses, product delivery, and client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • At least 2+ years of sales experience , preferably in construction, roofing, building materials, or industrial sectors
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the construction market in Bulacan and Northern Metro Manila is an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
