Overview
Junior Sales Manager - Roofing & Cold Storage System | Location: On-site, Plaridel, Bulacan (with field operations in Northern Metro Manila and Central Luzon). This leadership role is based in our Plaridel office, overseeing the full sales cycle from strategy to execution and guiding a team of Field Sales Associates.
As Junior Sales Manager, you will help shape sales direction, develop and manage client relationships, and ensure our polyurethane (PU) roofing systems reach key decision-makers in the construction, property development, and architectural sectors. You will report directly to the executive team and contribute to revenue growth and market expansion goals.
- Develop and implement the overall sales strategy of the company, aligned with business goals and market opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Field Sales Associates, providing support, training, and performance feedback
- Identify new business opportunities and key markets for growth in the construction and building sectors
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and property owners
- Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and market developments to optimize sales effectiveness
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and territory planning
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction, proposal accuracy, and timely project execution
- Provide executive-level reports on sales progress, market feedback, and team performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales leadership, preferably in construction, roofing, building materials, or industrial sectors (preferred)
- Experience managing a sales team with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- High level of initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- In-depth knowledge of regional construction markets (Bulacan and Northern Metro Manila a plus)
- Competitive base salary + commission on sales
