Location: On-site, Plaridel, Bulacan (with field operations in Northern Metro Manila and Central Luzon) We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing sales team in Plaridel. This office-based role focuses on developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and helping expand our presence across Northern Metro Manila and Bulacan. As a Sales Manager, you will handle the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while ensuring our high-performance polyurethane (PU) roofing systems reach contractors, developers, architects, and property owners. You’re also expected to manage and coach some sales team members. Key Responsibilities Present and promote our PU roofing systems to contractors, developers, and architects Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships primarily from the office (with occasional client visits as needed) Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies Manage the sales team and work with leadership on sales strategies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) At least 5+ years of sales experience , preferably in construction, roofing, building materials, or industrial sectors Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Familiarity with the construction market in Bulacan and Northern Metro Manila is an advantage What We Offer Base salary with generous commission (up to 3%) Opportunities for career growth in a fast-scaling company Supportive and collaborative work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
