Overview Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist at MicroSourcing — Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines Position Details Position Title: Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist Reports To: Talent Sourcing Supervisor Direct Reports: Not applicable Department/Campaign: Talent Acquisition Location: Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines Main Activities And Responsibilities Execute various lead-generating activities to fulfill open requirements; strategies include referral programs, university and industry partnerships, partnering with talent providers, and other non-traditional sourcing strategies; post job ads on different job portals; ensure accuracy and completeness of postings Monitor applications submitted on all sourcing channels; collaborate with Recruitment Operations Management to ensure all leads are accounted for Proactively pipeline talents and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans Develop detailed project plan documentation to guide execution and identify dependencies; submit post-implementation evaluation reports to stakeholders Prepare channel analysis reports Attend recruiter calibration at least once a week and ensure alignment to client’s requirements Other duties as assigned to support organizational growth and improvement Health & Safety Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors; report workplace hazards Complete all necessary training and compliance requirements and professional development opportunities Core Competencies Customer Orientation: Meets customers’ expressed or unexpressed needs; strengthens customer relations Responsibility: Evaluates the contribution of own activities to goals and adapts as needed Expertise: Handles information and translates it into relevant analysis and actions Teamwork: Helps the team achieve its goals Communication: Effectively communicates needs and reformulates information for clarity Key Skills And Capabilities Excellence in service delivery Proficient written and oral communication skills Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and peers Technology proficiency Maintains service quality under time pressure Qualifications And Typical Experience Bachelor’s degree in any field 2-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in sourcing or talent acquisition Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal Tech-savvy and capable of performing advanced Google searches Strong project management, quantitative, and analytical skills with attention to detail Prior experience in recruitment or recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) is a plus Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail Strong project management skills Values Curious … I am curious and interested in learning through experience and from others.
