Join to apply for the Senior Sourcing Specialist role at MicroSourcing Position Purpose As a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will execute sourcing strategies for the organization. You will work closely with the Sourcing Supervisor to provide sourcing strategy input and real-time feedback on sourcing strategy effectiveness. Position Position: Senior Sourcing Specialist Location: Eastwood, Libis Quezon City Work setup & shift: Hybrid/Dayshift Main Activities And Responsibilities Execute various lead-generating activities to fulfill open requirements; strategies include innovative referral programs, university and industry partnerships, partnering with talent providers, and other non-traditional sourcing strategies; post job ads on different job portals; ensure accuracy and completeness of postings Monitor applications submitted on all sourcing channels; collaborate with Recruitment Operations Management to ensure all leads are accounted for Proactively pipeline talents and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the client’s workforce plans Develops detailed project plan documentation to guide execution and identify dependencies; submits post-implementation evaluation reports to stakeholders Prepares channel analysis reports Represent the Talent Acquisition Team in all New Hire Orientations to promote Beepo’s Referral programs Prepares end-of day and week-on-week reports; prepares referral incentive reports for disbursement Attend recruiter calibration at least once a week and ensure alignment to client’s requirements Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the growth of organization Health & Safety Ensure a safe, healthy and sustainable workplace for all employees and contractors, report workplace hazards, and provide a safe and positive workplace Complete all necessary training and compliance requirements and professional development opportunities Core Competencies Customer Orientation — Meets customers’ expressed or unexpressed needs; strengthens customer relations and undertakes well-considered action to increase satisfaction Responsibility Constantly evaluates the contribution of his/her own activities to the attainment of goals, adapting activities where necessary Expertise Handles information, recognizes links and translates the information into relevant analysis and/or actions Teamwork Helps the team achieve its goal Communication Takes account in the communication and formulation of the other party’s needs and interests and is able to reformulate information in order to be properly understood Key Skills And Capabilities Excellence in service delivery Proficient written and oral communication skills Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organizational peers Technology proficiency Maintains service quality under time pressure Success Factors Provide quality leads from assigned sourcing channels Qualifications And Typical Experience Bachelor’s degree in any field Experience in doing recruitment or RPO market research is a plus but NOT a requirement Must have excellent English communication skills, written & verbal Must be able to use Excel Must be able to use Powerpoint in creating slides/decks containing approved images, graphics, charts, tables, and graphs Must be internet-savvy and can perform advanced Google search Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with strong attention to detail Strong project management skills About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
