Overview

Job Description: As a Sales Support Specialist , you’ll handle inbound calls, promote a wide range of telecom services, manage service orders, and provide real-time updates for Australian customers. This role blends sales, service, and strategy in a rewarding workday.

Job Details:

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Shift: Dayshift (Shifting, 5:30 AM-2:30 PM and 9:00 AM-6:00 PM PH)
  • Work setup: Onsite - SM Megatower, Ortigas
Responsibilities
  • Serving as a Sales Development Representative for Australian clients
  • Promoting telecommunications services from Exetel and Superloop
  • Answering inbound sales calls professionally and in line with company guidelines
  • Performing service qualification checks using advanced web tools
  • Handling inquiries and generating leads with a customer-centric approach
  • Processing sales orders and managing service provisioning applications
  • Providing timely updates on activation status and managing provisioning follow-ups
  • Updating and completing all pending tasks on in-flight orders accurately
Qualifications
  • At least college level; high school and SHS graduates may be considered
  • At least 1 year of sales experience in any telecommunications (Telco) account
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven experience in personal selling, upselling, and lead generation
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrates patience, courtesy, and professionalism, especially in high-pressure situations
  • Willing to work extended hours when needed
